Stratford Racecourse
National Hunt racing has being going at Stratford Racecourse since 1755. Mainly a summer jumping track there are 15 races meeting a year. The facilities are much improved since the grandstand was upgraded in 1997 and was equipped with a new glass-front. Stratford won a major award for the care of the racetrack, and re now regarded in the top flight of Britain's smaller courses.
